Server Store Terms

1. Digital Goods
All purchases are for virtual in-game items and services on this Garry’s Mod server only. These items exist only within the server environment.

2. No Real-World Value
All items, ranks, and services have no real-world monetary value and are provided as a limited license to use on this server.

3. Delivery
Items are usually delivered automatically or manually within a reasonable time after purchase. If you do not receive your purchase, you must contact staff with valid proof of payment.

4. No Refunds
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, inactivity, bans, dissatisfaction, or server wipes.

5. Server Availability
We are not responsible for server downtime, maintenance, or temporary shutdowns. If the server permanently closes, purchases are not refundable. If the server returns in the future, we will restore or compensate eligible purchases such as ranks or permanent items with equivalent value where possible.

6. Server Rules and Bans
If a player is banned, restricted, or removed for breaking server rules (including cheating, exploiting, or using unauthorized third-party software), they are not eligible for refunds or compensation. Purchases are tied to the account and server access, and rule violations may result in loss of access.

7. Item Changes
We reserve the right to modify, balance, or remove any item, rank, or service at any time to maintain server balance or improve gameplay.

8. Chargebacks
Any chargeback or payment dispute will result in permanent removal from the server and any related services, including loss of purchased items and access.

9. Agreement
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
